  Shepherd is one of God's incredible blessings in my life. I knew from the moment I first walked through the doors, 5 years ago, that this would be my church home. I truly look forward to every Sunday and Wednesday service; Shepherd refuels my soul for the week ahead. The message, the worship, the fellowship, the outreach.... Shepherd does it all so very well. And they do it all for the glory of God. I love this church with all my heart, and I know God does, too.

  Shepherd's congregation is a caring group of people. They show their care through many ways. From the greeting at the door to nursery for the babies to a special Tuesday get together for senior citizens. The senior minister delivers a great message. Also the televised Sunday service is great if you cannot get to church. Shepherd also has an awesome active children and youth program.

  We had been "church shopping" for about 2 years since moving to the Columbus area. Shepherd Nazarene attracted us for several reasons:
  -They have an awesome kids and youth ministry. This was an important piece when trying different churches because we had one little girl and knew we'd have more kids later. Now we have two and have been pleased with their little church community so far. The older youth appear to be active and invested. It seems like Shepherd offers a variety of experiences for all ages.
  -All of the staff and other church members/attenders have always been very friendly. The lead pastor was extremely personable during each of our initial visits (and continues to be).
  -We really like all of the community involvement.
  -There are neat events too that provide a variety of worship experiences.
  
  Overall, we can't be more pleased that we were led to visit Shepherd. We hope you'll visit too and also fall in love!

  Shepherd is such a welcoming and friendly place of worship! There are many groups to be a part of that fit your individual spiritual needs. The staff is always striving for new ways to reach out to the community as well as welcome feedback for how to grow as a congregation and bring everyone together as one. Such an amazingly warm place :)

  I have been going to Shepherd Church for around 58 yrs. The pastors & congregation have helped our family through difficult times & good, too.
  Death of my Dad when I was 11; the death of my Mom; & the death of 2 brothers. I also was married at Shepherd. The pastors & people of the church are there for anyone in good times or bad. :-) Just let them know.
